These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Todix service (the “Service”) provided by [Company legal name — Odin → Settings → Legal information] (the “Company”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1.Definitions
- Service: the Todix task management and personal planning service offered at todix.com.tr and as an installable app.
- User: a natural person who has an account on the Service.
- Workspace: the space where a team shares its tasks, chats and files.
- Workspace owner: the user who set up the workspace or to whom its ownership has been transferred.
- Admin: a user who is authorized to manage the members and settings of a workspace.
- Content: tasks, messages, files, records and any other data that users add to the Service.
- Personal area: the personal planning and finance section that only the user can see.
- Todi: the Service’s optional artificial intelligence assistant.
2.Description of the Service
The Service offers task assignment and tracking, chat within tasks, file sharing, notifications, a board, a calendar, projects, reports, automations and personal planning features on the web and as an installable app. Some features depend on the workspace settings, the user’s permissions or the options turned on by the system administrator.
3.Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when you sign up, and use your own email address.
- Your account is personal and may not be shared with anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions carried out with your account.
- If you notice that your account has been used without permission, you must change your password and let us know immediately.
4.Workspaces
- The user who sets up a workspace is its owner. The owner and the admins invite members, set their roles and permissions and, where necessary, remove members from the workspace.
- The content in a workspace belongs to that workspace. When a member is removed or leaves, the tasks and messages they created remain in the workspace as the team’s work record.
- If you set up a workspace on behalf of an organization, you declare that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
- The workspace owner and admins are responsible for the lawfulness of the content added to the workspace and of the permissions granted to members.
5.Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- add content that is unlawful or insulting, or that infringes the personality, intellectual property or privacy rights of others,
- share other people’s personal data without a legal basis,
- upload malicious software, or attempt to circumvent the Service’s security or to access other people’s accounts or data,
- send automated requests that would overload the Service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions,
- send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the Service,
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except where permitted by the applicable legislation,
- open an account on behalf of another person or organization without permission.
6.Content and intellectual property
The content you add to the Service belongs to you or to the relevant workspace. You grant the Company a non-transferable permission, limited to the period during which you use the Service, to store, display, transmit and back up this content and — when you request it — to process it with Todi, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Todix software, design, name, logo and the Todi character, belong to the Company. These Terms do not grant you any right other than the right to use the Service.
7.Todi and artificial intelligence output
- The task drafts, summaries, transcripts, risk explanations and categories suggested by Todi may be wrong or incomplete. It is your responsibility to check them before saving them and before making decisions based on them.
- Todi’s output is not legal, financial or investment advice.
- The use of Todi may be subject to daily and monthly limits; the system administrator may turn Todi off entirely or feature by feature.
8.Personal area
- The Personal area is a planning tool: it does not carry out banking transactions, does not send payments and does not connect to your accounts.
- The currency, gold and crypto prices shown are for information only and may be delayed or inaccurate; they are not investment advice.
- Reminders depend on the notification and email infrastructure; there is no guarantee that every reminder will arrive on time. We recommend that you also keep track of your important payments separately.
9.Free service and the right to make changes
The Service is currently free of charge. The Company reserves the right to change features, to add or remove features, to set usage limits (e.g. file size, the Todi usage limit) and to offer paid plans in the future. If a paid plan is offered, it will be announced in advance; no fee will be charged without your explicit approval.
10.Continuity of the Service
We take reasonable care to provide the Service without interruptions and errors; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, problems caused by infrastructure providers or force majeure. The Service is provided “as is”. We recommend that you keep a separate copy of your important data.
11.Limitation of liability
Unless it has acted with intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of or the inability to use the Service, for the content added by users or for the actions of third parties. This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited by law or to the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
12.Termination and closing your account
- You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Profile page (Privacy policy).
- In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful use or a security risk, the Company may suspend or close the account or the workspace. Where possible, it will inform you in advance.
- If the Company decides to discontinue the Service entirely, it will announce this a reasonable time in advance.
13.Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. The version in force is [Version — Odin → Settings → Legal information], effective from [Effective date — Odin → Settings → Legal information]. We will inform you within the app of any significant changes and ask for your approval again; if you do not approve, you may stop using the Service.
14.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the place where the Company’s head office is located have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights of users acting as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.
