Write what’s on your mind in a single sentence. Todi finds the right person on your team, turns “tomorrow 15:00” into a date, and picks out the urgency and the steps. It shows you the draft before creating anything, so you can fix any field you like.

What is Todi?
Todix’s AI assistant. It helps you create tasks, transcribe voice messages, summarize chats, spot delay risks and categorize Personal statements.
Where does my data go?
Todi sends only the text needed for the action you asked for, via OpenRouter, to the model your system admin chose. Data in your Personal space is only sent when you ask.
What if Todi gets it wrong?
Todi shows you every task draft before creating it. Correct the person, the date or the steps, then approve.
Which AI model does it use?
The system admin chooses the model for each feature in Odin → Settings → AI; voice needs a model that understands audio.
Can Todi be turned off?
Yes. When AI is off, Todi sleeps: no data is sent and the Todi buttons are hidden.
